  • Your garland size
  • Any add-ons (additional colors, delivery & installation, etc.)

Pay Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and production time.

After your order is submitted, we will email you to:

  • Confirm your event details
  • Review our color selections with you
  • Finalize your three included colors and any additional colors you’ve added
  • Confirm pickup or delivery & installation (based on availability)

Our Commitment to Your Event

When you place a balloon garland order with Monarca Azul, we begin preparing for your celebration right away. Even before final colors are confirmed, your order immediately:

  • Reserves your event date and production time
  • Sets aside inventory and materials for your garland
  • Begins the planning and preparation process behind the scenes

We treat every balloon garland as a custom-made design and give each event the care and attention it deserves.

Because of this, balloon garland orders are considered custom orders from the moment they are placed and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Weather & Sun Disclaimer

Balloons are not weatherproof.

Direct sunlight, heat, wind, and outdoor exposure can cause balloons to pop or deflate.

Monarca Azul is not responsible for weather-related damage.

No refunds will be issued for balloons affected by weather or sun exposure
