Important Pickup Information

Monarca Azul is a pickup-based rental company, with items priced for pickup to keep your experience simple and cost-effective.

Pickups are available on Thursdays or Fridays from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, with returns scheduled for Mondays during the same time window, unless other arrangements have been confirmed in advance. Each reservation is structured as a full weekend rental (excluding flower walls), giving you the flexibility to pick up early, set up at your own pace, and avoid the pressure of same-day returns.

While most rentals are self-pickup, we do offer onsite styling using our rental pieces when balloon styling services are booked with us.

Some items may require a larger vehicle or pickup truck for transport. If this applies to your order, we’ll be sure to let you know ahead of time.
