Yes, but we recommend minimizing movement. Balloons are delicate and shifting or repositioning the garland can cause balloons to pop or loosen.
We can install on most surfaces, but some walls or venues do not allow adhesives or hooks. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm venue rules and permissions before the event.
Garlands do not include stands, frames, or backdrops unless you rent them separately from our inventory.
Yes, as long as it is sturdy and approved by the venue.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and busy seasons. Availability is limited.
Sometimes we can, but it depends on availability and inventory. Contact us before placing an order.
Our responsibility ends after pickup or after installation is completed. We are not able to return or adjust garlands due to event timing changes.
Yes! The garlands are yours to keep and enjoy after the event.
We use high-quality professional latex balloons. While latex is biodegradable, balloons should always be disposed of responsibly and not released outdoors.
Your garland will follow the selected color palette and style, but each garland is handmade and unique, so slight variations are normal and part of the custom process.
A small amount of popping is normal. Your garland is designed to still look full even if a balloon or two pops.
We use professional, high-quality balloon brands such as Tuftex, Sempertex, and Kalisan (primarily Tuftex), which are known for their durability, rich color, and performance.
When kept indoors, away from heat and direct sunlight, balloon garlands typically look great for several days and often up to a week or more.
However, balloon lifespan depends heavily on:
- Temperature
- Sun exposure
- Wind
- Indoor vs outdoor use
- Handling and transport
Please note: Even the highest quality balloons can pop or deflate in heat, direct sunlight, or outdoor conditions.
